SAY NO TO SOFT DRINKS

Soft Drink:

It is a non-alcoholic, carbonated beverage that contains the essence, flavours and other ingredients. For the past ten years, we have all been addicted to soft drinks. But most of us are unaware of the damage that can do to our bodies that can have serious consequences in our later life.

Dehydration:

About 70% of our body contains water. It steals water from our body. It is very effective as a diuretic (anything that causes the body to drain too much water). It steals the amount of water in our body that causes thirst. To get rid of thirst in the body we need to drink 8 to 12 glasses of water with one glass of soft drink we have drunk.

Sugar Crash:

A soft drink contains a lot of sugar which causes our pancreas to produce more insulin which leads to sugar cravings. It can lead to diabetes and other serious chronic illnesses.

Rust Removal:

Soft drinks are used to remove rust from car bumps or other metal objects. So now, think for a moment about what happened to our digestive system and our whole body.

High Caffeine Content:

Cold drinks are high in caffeine and sugar, and there is a serious problem with our digestive system. High levels of caffeine and sugar can shut down our digestive system.

Diet Soft Drink:

The edible beverage contains aspartame (a synthetic beverage used instead of sugar). This intervention can lead to awareness, neurological disorders etc.

Worst Thing:

Do not even try to drink a soft drink if you are sick. It makes it tougher for your body to fight disease.

WE DON’T JUST THINK ABOUT HOW THE INSTRUMENT DRINKING CAN INVOLVE OUR BODIES IN SUCH WAYS. “ALWAYS SAY NO TO CARBONATED DRINKS”.
