How to take care of face skin in winter

Climate change directly targets our facial skin. If you want beautiful, healthy, and attractive skin, then start caring for your skin before cold winds blow. 

At night, before going to bed, wash your face with moisturizing face wash. Wash your face twice a day and also don’t forget to apply cold cream. 

Most of the time, oily skin girls face problems. Because no cream suits their skin. Therefore they can moisturize their skin in natural ways. 

Milk, Rose water and Lemons

Face cleansing with milk restores skin rejuvenation.

It also helps to brighten the skin tone. Mix rose water, lemon juice, glycerin and put them in a plastic airtight bottle. Apply this lotion after washing your face and before going outside. 

Citric acid properties in yogurt can help to remove acne scars. One tablespoon of yogurt mixed with one teaspoon of gram flour and applied on your face daily. It can help to control excess oil from the face. 

Milk Cream, Honey, Saffron

In winter, most girls go through extra dryness. Cold winds dry the skin and make it dull, and it takes a long time to get the skin in its normal state. Therefore, try to take care of your skin in advance.

Mix one teaspoon of honey and a pinch of saffron in it and leave it for fifteen minutes. Massage the face for 10 minutes with this mixture with light hands. After that rinse your face with fresh water. Repeat this process twice a month. 

Orange peel and Turmeric

Oranges contain Vitamin C. It rejuvenates the skin and boosts the body’s immune system. In winter, eat oranges because it can give a glow to our skin internally. Because Vitamin C helps to provide glow to our skin. You can also use orange peel powder. 

Take an orange peel and dry it in sunlight. After that, grind it and make a fine powder and save it in an airtight jar. 

Take 2 tablespoons of orange peel powder and mix it in milk and make a paste. You can also add a pinch of turmeric powder to it because it contains antiseptic properties in it. Apply this ubtan on your face, hands, and feet and leave it for 15 minutes. When it gets dry, rub it gently and wash it with plain water. 

Home remedies help to prevent many skin problems and also helps to eliminate the harmful effects of dry winds.
