In this article, we will discuss how to get healthy hair. Every girl dreams to get long, silky, healthy hair. Somebody have naturally healthy hair but hair care is important for everyone.

But most girls have rough, dull hair because they do not follow the tips and do not properly care for their hair.

Girls take different expensive treatments on parlor such as keratin treatments, rebounding, etc but after some time their hair gets back to the regular routine.

Hair dyes and hair streaking affect the texture of the hair badly therefore hair needs extra care to maintain it.

There are different products and masks are available in a cosmetics shop and medical stores but these are very expensive. Few people afford it but for some people, these are very expensive.

But sometimes these masks are a total wastage of money because they don’t work at all.

Every month around 0.5 inches of hair grows naturally.

There are many supplements that are also available for healthy hair. Such as vitamin tablets and biotin tablets etc which give strength to hair.

Tips to get long, shiny, healthy hair

Everyone should follow these tips for a long time results. These tips are free from any type of side effects. These types are easily followed by everyone.

Take diet properly

If you want to have healthy and shiny hair you need to take diet properly. Because without proper diet, hair does not get the proper nutrients.

Diet can help to promote hair growth. There are different foods that are essential for long, shiny, healthy hair.

Eggs

Eggs are a good source of protein. Hair follicles are made up of protein and it requires a proper amount of protein.

Lack of protein results in hair loss. Eggs are also used in many hair masks to provide protein to the hair.

Spinach

Spinach is a good source of iron, folate, and vitamins which helps to promote hair growth. It is also a good source of minerals.

Fish

Fish is one of the best food for the growth of hair. It contains omega-3 fatty acid, mostly hair supplements have also omega-3 and omega-6 in it to promote hair growth.

Avocado

Avocado contains vitamin E which promotes hair growth. Vitamin E protects the scalp from damage.

It also contains fatty acids in it. Deficiency of fatty acid results in hair loss.

Choose best shampoo and conditioner

Always choose the right type of shampoo and conditioner. Not every shampoo is made for everyone.

Try to use sulfate-free shampoo because sulfate can rough the hair. Some shampoo is made for dandruff hair some are for long hair.

So choose the right type of shampoo and conditioner which suits your hair.

If any shampoo does not suit your hair and cause your hair roughness and hair loss, then change that type of shampoo immediately.

Try to use 2 to 3 times shampoo in a week. Regular use of hair can also damage your hair and make it rough because of sulfate in it.

Always remember to use condition your hair which helps to give silkiness to your hair.

Hair oiling

Oiling is very essential for healthy hair. It strengthens the roots of the hair. At least two times oiling in a week is very important.

Always use warm oil and massage with soft handed fingertips. It helps to regulate the circulation of blood in the scalp which can promote hair growth.

Oil your hair overnight and wash it in the morning with your favorite shampoo.

There are many types of oil that are good for hair such as almond oil, mustard oil, castor oil, coconut oil, etc.

You can also use it with a mix of different oil. Warm it and used it overnight if you want good results.

Hair masks

Our hair is made up of protein. It requires proper protein to maintain it. Try to use hair masks at least 1 to 2 times a week.

There are numerous hair masks, which can easily make at home. Some hair masks are also available in medical stores but some people don’t buy it because these are expensive.

So try to make it at home with different ingredients that are easily available at home. Such as eggs, yogurt, hair mayonnaise masks, etc.

Towel your hair

Towel your hair gently with a soft towel after washing the hair. Don,t wrap your hair after washing because wash can soften the hair.

When we wrap it , it can damage the hair. It also cause tangle in your hair.

Avoid excessive use of heating tools

Stay away from direct sun heat. Try to avoid excessive use of heating tools, for example, dryer, straightener, curler, etc.

Mostly girls used dryers daily to dry their hair but excessive use can damage the hair.

Use heating tools just for parties and other function once a month.

Trim your hair

If you like to have long and healthy hair then always remember to trim your hair split ends once in a month.

It helps in hair growth and also give volume to your hair. If you do not cut the split ends it will cause further damage to the hair.

Rinse hair with cold water

Always use cold water to wash your hair. It can smooth your hair and it helps to save the moisture of the hair.

If you use warm water for your hair it will damage your hair permanently and the moisture of the hair will also lose.
