Now we will discuss about the recipe of chicken corn carrot soup.

Ingredients

Chicken- 250gm (boiled)

Corn-1/3 cup (boiled)

Onion- 1medium size (sliced)

Garlic paste- 1 teaspoon

Black pepper- 1 teaspoon (crushed)

Carrot- 4 to 5 (boiled and grind it)

Oil- 3 to 4 teaspoon

Salt- 1teaspoon (adjust to taste)

Chicken Cubes- 2

Cinnamon Powder- 1 pinch

Water- 2 cups

Directions

  • In a frying pan, heat 3-4 tsp oil and fry onion.
  • Add the garlic paste to it and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add one cup of water and carrot paste to it and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Now add boiled chicken and boiled corn in it and mix it well.
  • After mixing it, add salt, black pepper, cinnamon powder, and chicken cubes.
  • Add one cup of water and again cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Let it boil on the high flame when it starts boiling off the flame.
  • Serve it with sauces.

Most people cook it at home because it is easy to cook and it is inexpensive too.
