Benefits of Green tea

Today we are going to discuss with you the benefits of Green tea. Green tea is made from the Camellia sinensis plant. The leaf buds and dried leaves of Camellia sinensis are used to produce several types of teas. Green tea is prepared by steaming and pan-frying these leaves and then drying them.

Other teas such as black tea and oolong tea involve processes in which the leaves are fermented (black tea) or partially fermented (oolong tea). People commonly drink green tea as a beverage. The green leaf is a blessing of God. It is very useful for humans E.G.green tea leaf. Personally, I like green tea it boosts my energy. when I tried I use it and feel well. Green tea has many useful proteins that are useful for our health for our hairs and it also works on our skin.

Green tea originated in China, but its production and manufacture have spread to other countries in East Asia.
TEA is rich in polyphenol, which are natural compounds that have health benefits, such as reducing inflammation and helping to fight cancer. Green tea contains a catechin called epigallocatechin-3-gallate ( EGCG). Catechin is natural antioxidants that help prevent cell damage and provide other benefits. It has benefits but it also has side effects. So here I share some remedies and benefits as well as a side effect.

Some studies have also shown the positive impacts of green tea on the following types of cancer;
Breast
Bladder
Ovarian
Lung etc.
However, studies can find that it’s beneficial for reducing cancer.
Green tea has been shown to improve blood flow and lower cholesterol.
Green tea is good for our skin. We have many questions about how it works on our skin?
Protects against skin cancer.
Fights premature ageing
Reduces redness and irritation.
Treats acne.
Moisturized skin.

Here I share a remedy for your skin:
Mixing up a DIY green tea face mask is easy to do.TO get started you ‘will need the following;
1tbsp.of green tea
1tbsp.baking soda
1tblsp.honey
water(optional)
A mixing bowl
A measuring spoon
Towel

Procedure :

Mix all the ingredients and make a thick paste and then apply on your face and neck. Left it for 15 mins then rinse with water never rub your mask just with a wide hand, clean your face after this dry your face with the help of a towel. Before applying a mask you wash your face properly and remove all cosmetic things.
It also benefits belly loss and fat.

REMEDY FOR FAT:
USE green tea with lemon in the morning its boast your mind and body losing. Use it daily.

SIDE EFFECTS;
Never use green tea after eating because it damages the stomach system.
Drinking too much green tea daily may cause iron deficiency and also block iron absorption.
Caffeine in green tea interference with certain medications.
